Here's how the above portrait was commissioned.
1. Client sent photo of house via snail mail(can also send image by email).
2. Project was review planned and discuss with the client via email. Price for drawing was given at that time.
3. Work in progress update was sent to client via email.
4. Image of finished project was sent via email for client's approve.
5. Upon clients approval payment was made by check by regular mail. (another option for payment is thru paypal)
6. Upon receipt of payment drawing was promptly shipped to client. :)
